We partner with local butchers and use ingredients from our own garden when possible with a focus on quality that translates to the plate!
We have an Artisan approach to sauce making with interesting flavours that embellish our dishes, which we also sell by the bottle.
My food represents the comforting and creative flavours that I like to eat with the focus on always trying to please the customer.
